The staff, both the evening and daytime desk managers, were very friendly and helpful.
The ice machine signage needs to be updated.
Roaches in my room and MOST of all - we had booked for three nights for two rooms. We had to leave earlier and talked to the hotel. They said that since we booked through Booked.net we had to call them. We did and she called the manager and said it was ok to leave early without any penalties. When we checked out Sunday, though the guy at the desk said our credit card was charged for 3 nights and he could not issue a refund. We would have to talk to the manager, Antonio, who would not be in until Tuesday. Called Tuesday and Antonio had taken the day off. Maybe tomorrow - we will see.
It was convenient to the route we were traveling. I was glad to find a refrigerator in the room, as we had brought perishable food with us.
Location was good.
Bathroom not clean, toilet was loose and moved around, lobby didn't open in the morning until after 7am could not get coffee or breakfast. window shade had a hole in it ( privacy issue ) ice machine broken.
The price, that's it!
Breakfast was decent, no air conditioning and when my wife told the staff girl that it was hot, she said "yes it is". Awesome! But she had a fan blowing in her face, so she had it a little better. Price wise, it did the trick, but I wouldn't stay there again, I'll pay more for better facilities next time. Also, no eggs or bacon for breakfast, pretty weak.
Room was nice and warm, it was very windy and cold when we arrived, nice touch! Very clean and comfortable.
The breakfast area was very small, but the food was good, could have added some eggs.
it seemed safe Front desk staff turned on Hot tub because she knew we were going to use it!
I do not like carpet in hotel rooms.
I was charged $46 dollars for what they said was a damaged wash cloth, a pillowcase and 3 towels. The staff was rude when called to see about the charge. Probably won't get anywhere with a refund but I will not recommend a days inn motel to anyone and will not be staying with them ever again. The hot tub was just warm. You can not get to the ice machine unless the lobby is open and you have to ask for the pool towels and the jets on the hot tub to be turned on. Overall awful place to stay.
The room was clean and ready when got into town. The breakfast was good. Didn't get a chance to go to the pool wish had the time.
I didn't much care for being upstairs that happens Before I had checked out the cleaning crew opened the door a was going to start cleaning the room. Check out was 11 this happened about 40 mins before time
We enjoyed the room but there was no internet and expensive
Price for value No internet
The room was okay. It was the manager who was the problem. He acts like he's being agreeable and helpful, but then does nothing he promises. Best one word description is two faced.
They overcharged for the room. When I questioned the price the manager said it was taxes, so I signed on the dotted line. After closer examination I decided I was over billed and showed the manager my reservation confirmation. He then agreed that I was indeed over billed and I was given a receipt showing the refund, but the it was never credited to my account. I called to inform him of that fact and he said he would immediately rectify the problem. He lied, again! I still don't have my refund, and at this point I don't expect one.
New furnishings and lots of power outlets. I need more for my CPAP machine and phone chargers.
Shower/Tub did not work at all. Hotel staff offered to move me to new room, but I declined because I needed to make a meeting and did not have the time to move everything I had and get ready for the meeting.
The room was very large and fully equipped with small refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. Easy access to parking spaces. Good breakfast.
The building is starting to show it's age abit on the outside maintenance.
The staf was so very friendly and helpful even if it wasn't helping me.
Needs a upgrade. Badly. Went several days without clean room had to ask for clean towels and sheets. Had to made my own bed. Not that I can't or won't but I pay to have a clean rom and made bed.
Large room, clean, just off the interstate, stores and gas nearby. Because it was cold outside, someone had gone to our room beforehand and turned on the heater, nice and warm and it's those little things that make a place better than others. The man at the front desk was very friendly.
The shower is a bit odd and our water handle broke off, but they fixed it immediately. They ran out of much of the breakfast by the time we got there and therefore ate somewhere else.
